Size: Usually refers to the length of the diagonal of the screen, measured in inches. Since there are various aspect ratios for displays, such as the common 4:3, 16:9, 16:10, etc., two displays with the same inch measurement may have different width-to-height ratios.
Resolution: Refers to the number of luminous points arranged 'horizontally and vertically' on the entire screen. For example, a resolution of 1920×1080 indicates that there are 1920 points horizontally and 1080 points vertically.

With a fixed screen size, the higher the resolution, the more refined and delicate the display effect. This is because a higher resolution means more pixels on the screen, allowing for a more accurate reproduction of images and colors.
Conversely, if the screen size is large but the resolution is low, then the display effect will become relatively rough. This is because pixels will be enlarged on a larger screen, leading to a grainy and blurry appearance of images and colors.
In addition, there is an important parameter called pixel density (PPI), which refers to the number of pixels per inch on the display screen. A higher PPI value indicates that the display can show images at a higher density, resulting in richer details in the picture.
