LED display screens are composed of many LED light beads arranged in a dot matrix module or pixel unit. Each pixel unit consists of red, green, and blue LED light beads, and by controlling the brightness of different colored LED light beads, various colors can be mixed.
LED (Light Emitting Diode) is a semiconductor device that can convert electrical energy into light energy. When current passes through the LED, electrons and holes recombine inside the semiconductor, releasing energy and emitting light. LEDs made from different materials can emit different colors of light, such as red, green, blue, etc.
The basic composition of an LED display mainly includes LED matrix blocks. These matrix blocks are composed of tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of semiconductor light-emitting diode pixels arranged uniformly, which display various information such as text, graphics, images, animations, market data, videos, and recorded signals by controlling the on and off of these light-emitting diodes.
The display color differs significantly from the original color. The solution is to use professional software for color calibration, check the data cable connection, and replace the display controller if necessary.
It may be due to unstable power supply voltage or poor quality of the power cable. The solution is to check the stability of the power supply voltage, replace it with a high-quality power cable, and remove any peripheral devices that may cause electromagnetic interference.
